Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses at this time
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
